We have used the services of Pro Eco for many years now, here and at our previous pub. They have saved us thousands of pounds, most recently we received nearly £900 rebate from British Gas electric as the pub had the incorrect meter installed and we and the previous tenants were unaware of this. (The previous landlord had been threatened with a £1,000 bill for his time here, we told him to get in touch with Pro Eco and he ending up with a £5,000 rebate instead!!). We always recommend Pro Eco to existing and new licensees, as checking bills is something we neither have the time nor expertise to do. After all, you would expect the meter to be correct, but this is not always the case. In the past Pro Eco have also helped us get a refund from Wessex Water for a leak we were unaware of until they received an unusually large bill, and they negotiate deals with food suppliers and catering equipment.

Try them; you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain.

A lot of companies offer similar services but I have yet to find one the sorts out the utilities as well.
