How it works

Existing Business

We offer a free analysis of your utility bills up front, with no obligation to work with us. That way you can find out the state of play before you make a decision.

All you need to do is send us your most recent invoices for the services you’re interested. Remember, the more you send, the more you save. We’ll try and get your analysis back to you within a couple of days, depending on how much information you include with the invoices.

Once you’ve heard our recommendations and you decide you want to work with us then we both sign an agreement that lets us deal with suppliers on your behalf. You’re not locked into anything – you can end the agreement whenever you like, with no notice period or exit fees. And you’ll still have ultimate control, as we always get your approval before we agree to any contracts.

New Business

Once you’re in touch, it’s easy. There’s nothing to analyse, so you just sign up and let us do the hard work, making sure all the previous tenant’s contracts are cancelled, and new contracts are set up in the new name.

We’ll let you concentrate on setting up your new venture, as we know how valuable that time is, especially at the beginning.

All we need from you is a signed agreement allowing us to work on your behalf. We’ll also take some meter reads to make sure you’re only charged for the energy you use. Sometimes a change of tenancy can take up to 3 months to push through, but you won’t have to worry about that. We’ll give you budgets so you know how much you should be putting aside for your services during this time.
